Latest Update on this model - lost all data

Hi everyone, 
Hope going good and we'll,
02.07.2022 afternoon I got a notification for phone software updates released on 01.07.2022. I given the permission to update. It is approximately 190 mb and download schedule was 9 minutes. After downloads, my mobile M51 restarted several times. I thought software is updating have to wait for some time. Morethan an hour it was repeated. Mobile displays shows that your update was corropted and mobile was in safe mode. I just consult with local private service guys they said it is not possible. Have to take authorised service centre or have to do factory reset.
Oh
It was 250kms from my location.


I did factory reset and i lost all my data's including my business and personal. 

Who is going to be responsible for this inappropriate update..

Thus, Samsung doesn't know wheather the update have issues...

Now who is going to responsibility. 
Oh leave that responsibility. 


I lost my all data's

Hope Samsung will fix the issues and revert back data's to my phone

I know you have lost your data, but it can't be provided by anyhow because files were stored on your phone. And the only data which can be provided which are saved on cloud storage or servers. So, don't expect phone's data which were saved on mobile storage. Hope it helps.

Before update should intimate for backup....

Waise aisa jaldi hota nahi hai lekin phir bhi aapko reset karne se pahle aapko backup lena chahiye tha and aap safe mode se bahar bhi aa sakte the.

Google Drive par backup liya tha ki nahi?
Chalo koi baat nahi ab aage se safe rahna.
