I will be glad to provide you this information. Samsung is working rigorously to release Software Updates on all eligible devices. 5G devices will get Software Update to Enable 5G Services as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for the update. 

* As of 18th Jan 2023, 5G Software (FOTA) update is released for following device models. 

* NSA+SA update: Galaxy A22 5G, Galaxy A33 5G, Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy A73 5G, Galaxy F42 5G, Galaxy M13 5G, Galaxy M32 5G, Galaxy M33 5G, Galaxy M53 5G, Galaxy S20 Fe 5G, Galaxy S21 Fe 5G, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy S22+, Galaxy Z Flip4 5G, Galaxy Z Fold4 5G, Galaxy A52S 5G, Galaxy Z Flip3 5G, Galaxy Z Fold3 5G, Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S8 plus, Galaxy M52 5G, Galaxy S21 5G, Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S21+ 5G 

* NSA update: Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G (SA- not applicable), Galaxy F23 5G, Galaxy M42 5G, Galaxy Z Fold2 5G 

* SA update (planned): Galaxy F23 5G (Week 4, Jan 2023), Galaxy M42 5G (Week 4, Jan 2023), Galaxy Z Fold2 5G (Week 4, Jan 2023) 

* Samsung is working closely with the operators to release 5G SW in the remaining devices for Non-Stand Alone (NSA) Network (Ex. Airtel) & Stand Alone (SA) Network operators (Ex. Jio).
