Android version issue

Hello Samsung team

Let's start, On 18th july 2024 my galaxy m13 4g got one ui 6.1 update. I was very happy that it will install android 14 64 bit. But after upgrading to one ui 6.1 I got shocked to see that my android 14 is still in 32 bit mode. As per the google or android developers they have not made android 14 for 32 bit support. It only supports 64 bit. I just want to know when will my phone will get android 14 64 bit update. My phone serial number is RZ8W40JRTWD.

i am not able to install 64 bit apps and games. When i searched for asphalt 9 in play store it said the app is not compatible with your phone. I want to play my favourite games.

Your just stuck with wrong brand should have went for gaming or other brands for better compatibility and gaming experience.

You won't be getting 64 bit update cause m13 has OneUI core used for Making it affordable, and require less resources to run.

Samsung has many cost cutting strategy to manage cost of device, like hardware and software.32 bit means less stress on processor, less memory usage, less issues. M13 is a entry-level budget device, we can't say what Samsung could do bring the cost down.
