Lag in Video call with Jio network

I am facing the problem of lag in video call means whenever I do video call with Jio network from my mobile then at the reciving end my vidoe will run smoothly but voice will reach there with the lag which maked the video call experience pathatic so please suggest me what can I do to overcome this problem. I am using samsung galaxy M52 5g phone.

I think, You should take Diagnostic tests from Samsung Members OR Restart your phone may it will work..

These are the step to be followed.
1. Do a speedtest from your mobile before doing vedio call lag of audio can be due to low network coverage, try it with different network.
2.which app you use to do video call it should be update.
3. Reinstall that app again.

It is fine when I do whatsapp video calling or any app based video calling But when default video call from jio to jio network the audio will lag.

Then there is no issue in your smartphone no need to worry brother there are bugs in jio vedio app by jio.

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.

Note: We recommend to set device network mode as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Check network operator settings
Kindly set device network operator as "Automatically".

Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on Network operators.
Step5: Select automatically.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
Step6: Tap on OK.
Step7: Registered on network.
