Its showing fingerprint sensor not working , restart..

Mine m30s fingerprint sensor is not responding and showing to restart , but I dine it 5 times

Can you go inside your phone by another lock other than fingerprint. Go inside then head straight to biometric and security. Add another fingerprint. Remove the old one. And now try
