Issues with Samsung m30 after Android 10 update

M30 is not stable after the latest update:  

1. Automatically restarts with out any notifications 

2. Battery consumption is high by the Android system

3. Applications launching is lagging compared to the performance before the OS update

try ro reset the phone after OS upgrade.
if possible do hard reset.

I have same problem after android 10. Mobile does not fast charging support. 5 to 6 hour charging but not full charging. It stop 46% charging

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the auto restart issue:
1- Settings >> device care >> tap on 3 dots >> auto restart >> if enable kindly disable it.
If issue still exists also perform the below-mentioned steps:
1- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
2- Check for the latest device O/S update (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

worst experience for android 10 after updating from pie... when will be the next update? please resolve the issues immediately
1. fingerprint sensor lagging
2.screen unlock lag
3.battery consumption is high
4.voice call application is lagging the option to answer the call is not appearing so..unable to answer the call
5.complete phone is getting hanged for any operation

Huge difference in performance.. heavy lag and unwanted animations in homescreen.. opening recently used apps is very laggy
