I update software update in my device m31s then update my device automatically restart and frozen problem started. 40 to 50 times automatically restart and frozen per day...this issue irritated me...and the service center to answer me Change the mother board. And samsung team to not support the customer properly. I send some mails and ask questions but only  answer my questions not solve my problem and not send me proper update to my device.
