Sometimes suddenly my Samsung M305F shows this (in screenshot)

Drop feedback to Samsung and once re-insert sim and try again..

I did the same , it's frequency of occurrence is varaible .I tried sim on both slots but still not rectified

Reset network settings
Boot in safe mode and check if you face the issue
If issue still persist then backup your device then reset
