Issue after yesterday's software update

The android system warning for data usage is not at all getting removed from the notification bar. Can anyone suggest

Did u try resetting the data limit? set it to 1000gb and u won't get this notification anymore.

Settings > Connection > Data Usage > Mobile Data Usage

2- connection
3-data usage
4- turn on mobile data
5- go to billing cycle and data warning
6- turn off set data warning

Go to Settings>Connections>Data Usage>Billing cycle and data warning
Now either turn off "Set data warning" or set a higher data limit.

Yes, it's vanished. The entire screen is blank after the update.
