On my Galaxy M35 running the latest One UI 8.5, the widget opacity/transparency effect is not functioning correctly. The widget background does not become properly transparent/blurred as expected, and the intended glass-like effect is missing.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Restart the device.
  2. Add the affected widget.
  3. Enable/adjust the widget opacity/transparency setting.
  4. Observe the widget immediately after startup and again after 2–3 seconds.

Initially, the effect may work correctly, but after a few seconds the transparency/blur background stops working.

Please investigate the responsible One UI/Widget/launcher rendering service and fix the opacity/transparency and blur rendering behavior.
