Maybe it's a bad unit? You can try the interactive test from Samsung members (Get help> interactive checks). The touch is not good on my M11 as well, especially when my hands get sweaty.

no, touch screen issues occurs at certain moment and it'll be fine for like another hour until it occurs again. and it's not due to any sweaty hands nor any physical damages, i personally think it's more of a software related problem as im not the only person with same issues, samsung is just being ignorant.

Tap your Phone app and open up the dialer.

Step 2

Using the touchscreen keypad, Dial ##786# (aka ##RTN#).

No need to press dial, the phone should automatically open up to the RTN screen.  From here Tap View

Note: If this code doesn’t work, try *#*#786#*#* instead. Stars and numbers must be entered in the correct order.

Step 3

Scroll down the RTN screen to Reconditioned status. Here there are only two possible status entries:

  • Yes – Your phone is a refurbished model.
  • No – Congratulations, your phone is not a refurbished model.  Instead, it is factory new.

Method 2

You can even judge the Android phone’s originality with the IMEI number of the phone.

  • Dial *#06# from your Android phone to know your IMEI number. You can even get your IMEI number by going to the Settings, then click on About Device, and tap on Status.
  • After getting your IMEI number, input the IMEI number in the dialog box and tap Check
  • The system will directly show you the phone’s information. If the system is something anything different than what the Android phone is showing, there is the possibility of you having a **bleep** or a refurbished device.
