As you have Posted that Anyone got one ui 8 beta program banner in m35 So i got a information that One ui 8 Beta Program doesn't released yet
and the Device supported are Galaxy S25 Series , Galaxy S24 Series , Galaxy S23 Series , Galaxy S22 Series
Altrough S21 User might not get One ui 8 as per they have got their updates according to Samsung Update Policy.
