There is no notification lights..

Unable to lock my apps

My notification panel is accessible while phone is locked

instead of notification light m31 have always on display
no physical light for notification not only your model but others too

you can do is go to settings >notification >notification on lock screen >and enable hide content

i have done this...but i m talking about the notification panel or quick settings or pulldown settings

means you want to lock notification panel?
so for this no inbuilt facility available if you need then you have to download such type of apps from playstore

There is no way to lock quick notification panel..but I think there is nothing to worry about..no one can access any option without required biometrics(except torch).

if someone tries to turn off mobile data, its not possible without unlocking the device..
