I can't open links in Facebook and Instagram which is moved to SD.

I can't open links shared on FB&Insta which is moved to SD card but can open when these apps moved back to internal storage in my samsung galaxy M04. I am using SanDisk extreme 128gb SD card which is in exFAT format and works well.

The issue of not being able to open fb and insta external links on the SD card was solved. The problem was that these apps didn't supported that. I sent a mail to the app developers and they fixed it by updating the app.
