How can I disable or stop video or animated lock screen of a theme?

You're using a live image as lock screen wallpaper. Change it and put a normal picture as lock screen wallpaper.

Settings > wallpaper > choose and change

OR

Long press home screen > wallpaper > change

OR

Pick an image from Gallery..then use it as your lock screen

I have been doing it but sometimes I can't find the same matching photo from the same theme seller. But thanks anyway.

Hi! None of the comments are actually answering your question.
I was searching this myself, but it seems there isn't any way to turn off the animated lock screen of a theme. 

You mentioned in the comments that the seller might not have the equivalent static wallpaper, but what I do for the lock screen is, if I long-press the screen, the clock and icons disappear, leaving only the animated wallpaper. Then I just screenshot that. 

It's not a solution, but it's something to keep the same aesthetic :)
