How to resolve my issue

My phone is samsung m53.I have recently purchased it but now its been hanging and sometimes the screen stops working. Is anyone having the same issue

Useless series journey should go to service center and get the motherboard replaced if under warranty and if it has been purchased in 15 days ask for exchange
