How to remove other files from device??

You can see the other files are taking 3.43gb of space.How to clear them and will clearing them erase my data.
How to clear them without performing a factory reset.
Please tell 🙏 🙏 🙏

You Can Download Zero Cleaner Through Play Store And Also Delete Dublicate Images,Some Large Files&Unused Apps Which Are Not Needed At All.
