Any knows, How to install Gcam in samsung Galaxy M21 mobilephone. If know means please let me know.

Gcam needs Raw support and M21 is powered by exynos 9611, which doesn't support raw. so gcam won't work as it works in other. The camera 2api is limited in exynos 9611.

For Gcam to be fully functional you need RAW support and your M21 doesn't support that. So even if you download some downgraded Gcam that won't make any change.
