How to adjust size of keyboard

Keyboard looks quite bigger to me in one UI 3. Can I adjust it's size and shrink a little?

It feels like it covered half of my screen.

If yes, please tell me the steps

go to setting button shown on keyboard
then select preference..

Overall - Yes.
but suggestion of words improved in Samsung keyboard as they suggest more than 3 words at a time.

okay, in my sam board ... its showing 3 words max at a time..

try swiping among suggestion after writing 1 or 2 alphabet and you will see more than 10 suggestion.

1. Click the 'Setting' icon on the keyboard.
2. Navigate to Preferences and then see under layout section, the keyboard height option

Turn off show keyboard option

settings>display>navigation bar>disable show button to hide keyboard

you can also directly done by opening keyboard >click 3 vertical dot and click on keyboard size, it can be done any time
