How do I turn off notification vibration in Samsung M31?

Hi! So, I have tried everything but I cannot, for the life of me, work out how to turn off the HORRIBLE vibration when any notification pops up. Is there any solution to this problem?

There is no specific tab for this..you have to go to individual app info and turn off notifications vibration there..

I can see that option in whatsapp but not for other apps like telegram messages etc
