Please provide the features in moblie Hotspot setting like blocking someone or limit the connecting device and adding data limit for connected devices...
Go to settings, click on mobile hotspot and tethering, switch it on.You will be able to see in you notification panel "Tap to configure mobile hotspot".Tap on it.There will be a option for restricting the number of devices connecting. Hope it helps.
