I'm using M35 it's awesome handset butbI face 2 issues 
1- Move file from Internet Storage to SD card that that transfer to much slow 🐌 
or sometime my file lag
2- When shoot from camera app continuously like more then 5 or 6 pics that that camera app not working 

I do everything troubleshoot still doesn't solve any issues whichbI have facing still now

If your smartphone is under warranty then go to the nearest service center they will help you but you need to show recording of your device when it goes stuck. They will troubleshoot all the software.

I don't know y I'm facing such an issue bcz me every time Samsung product never face such issue

Sometime it's happen with a single device out of hundreds. If you still facing same issue after troubleshooting then you can ask for exchange your phone with other device. It will be an option of upgrade or same for your device
