Can't find anything in the andriod folder where my most of the telegram downloaded files are present after android 11 i Can't locate it but i can access/open the videos through telegram app but can't delete

actually from Android 11 its restricted and now you knew how to open this👍

Use Total commander file manager and grant it install source permission. Android 11 had privacy policy change by Google and hence they made Android>Data/Obb folders inaccessible easily
