Heating, Battery Draning, slow internet even at good signal.

I have purchased Samsung m31s on 15 th of November 2020 out of the box i revived update after updating i have been having Network issues internet speed is very low even at good signal and Phone overheating and battery draining very fast like 4000 mah battery Samsung please fix it or else i will return it.

It will take 2-4 days for the battery to adapt

btw signal problem is there in jio sim

also, put all your apps which are not in use to sleep

also uninstall useless apps

I did all the steps which you have provided in the link even though my phone is heating up and internet is very slow even at good signal area for the same airtel sim in another mobile it is showing download speed 23mbps, upload speed 24mbps in ookla where as in Samsung m31s the speed results showing 1.5mbps download speed,0.8mbps upload speed what is this please provide resolution.
