I have updated the M31s phone with latest upgrade of Android 11. My entire gallery looks empty. However all images are safe and accessible from My Files or can be opened thru Google photos...but not from gallery...neither images nor videos...
I have also done Force Stop of Gallery and cleared Cache as well as Restarting the Phone.
Also after 2 to 3 clicks, Camera automatically closes and gives some failure error.
I would appreciate if anyone from Samsung would take interest in this issue send sort this for me.
