Hanging problem while calling

Hi Team,

Phone freezes for a second or two while making a call. Usually this happens when using a phone after an interval. 

This has started happening recently. Hope this issue gets addressed soon.

I have experience same situation but I can explain. it happen in only summer time where room temperature is high and I'm well sure this is reasone cause heating as well as hang or freeze mobile . also extended usages of mobile

i don't think so it has anything to do with rising temperatures.... it also happens when the mobile is being idle for sometime..and being used in ac.. this used to happen in one of my older device also "samsung galaxy grand".
This is a ui bug i suppose which they need to fix vide updates.

Issue still remains same even after trying all the steps except factory reset.
Reset to factory is a very general thing which you guys practice for resolving the issue.
Its like shooting an arrow in the dark jungle..... and knowing one or the other animal would get killed.
Please get the ui bugfixes... of u will again start loosing consumers who have started believing again in samsung.
