HOW M55 FAILED MISERABLY / HOW F55 IS ALSO GOING TO BE A FAILURE

 M55 failed miserably , if you see M55 and MOTO Edge 50 pro launched at the same time and almost for similar prices..and now after a month if you see the ratings for both the phones MOTO has 6.6k+ ratings with 4.5🌟 where as Samsung has 120 ratings with 2.2🌟 that's the first time I'm seeing a Samsung phone being rated so badly .

 What Motorola did right !

1: Better 7Gen 3 processor 

2: Gorilla Glass 5 protection

 3: Better sets of rear camera 50+13+10 4:IP68 Rating 

5:USB Type C Gen 3.1 

6: Premium Design 

7: Really good Software compared to other Chinese Smartphones.

8: Providing a Good set of charger in box 125watt and 68 watt depending on the variant.

9.1.5k 144Hz refresh rate display with pantone validated color theme.

10: Wireless charging 

 Now what Samsung did wrong .

1: Samsung chose the wrong processor 7GEN1 which already has heating issues and low performance due to Samsung's Own Fabrication.

2: Lack of Gorilla Glass protection 

3: Bad Display ( many users complained that display lost colours within a few days purchase and Samsung service centre doesn't acknowledge that it's their fault)

4: No IP68 Rating 

5: No USB TYPE -C Gen 3.1

6: Bad set of Rear Camera 50+8+2 only the 50MP camera is good , rest the 8MP And 2MP are completely useless even M51 had better camera 64+12+5 which produced really good shots.

7: 45Watt charging But No Charger in the box so additional cost of minimum ₹1000 and around ₹3500 if one decides to buy a 45 watt charger.

8: Unnecessarily Slimming the phone that too with a processor which Heats like crazy.

9: Choosing to go with 5000mah Battery ( from the beginning the M Series is a BATTERY Monster started from 6000mah went to 7000mah then went to 5000mah in which was not liked by the consumer then but atleast then it was paired with a good processor 778G but now Samsung decided to use 5000mah battery with 7GEN 1 a heating processor causing the battery to drain even faster and leaving customer with a very poor battery life .

HOW F55 will be a failure too .

1:As it's a rebranded M55 It has all the Negatives mentioned above. 

2:Bad choice of VEGAN LEATHER ( As the phone already heats so much Samsung decided to go with Vegan which is again a Bad Heat dissipator and will cause the phone to heat up even faster and as Majority use the TPU/SILICON case on the phones the heat is basically trapped there to keep the phone hotter and not letting it cool faster ).

What Samsung can do to fix these issues.

1: Stop🛑 Cost cutting and maximising Profit 

2: learn to understand consumer needs in a phone and that the consumer is not an **bleep** who will be happy if Samsung is providing them inferior Specs in a phone compared to the competition 

3:Choose Better processors which doesn't heats like crazy 

4:Better optimization of storage like moto ( if u notice you'll find even UFS 3.1 storage in flagship tab like. Tab S8 takes a long time to install a app compared to any other Chinese smartphone.) Moto has optimised the UFS 2.2 SO good that it's leaving the UFS 3.1 phones chasing its speeds.

5:Use atleast Snapdragon 7gen 3 for phones costing near 30k as competition is giving same processor or even more powerful processor in phones which cost between 30-35k ( based on leaks realme GT6 Will cost around 35k and is paired with Snapdragon 7+Gen 3 which scores almost 1.5million on Antutu . 

What Samsungs' negligence brought it.

 1: Samsung slipped from No.1 to No.3 compared to Q1-2023 in Q1-2024 

2: People are loosing trust in Samsung to get a phone which provides them with the value of the money they end up spending on a samsung phone .

3: people only likes mid range samsung phones for its software , display and good camera capabilities and with M55 samsung managed to worse in all the categories.

4: Samsung should start using processor and storage to improve performance of the mid range devices or else soon Samsung will be on No.5 in Q12025 as both realme and oppo are making really value for money phones in ₹30k categories and Samsung will stand chance if this continues.

Atleast do fair comparision of rating.If you are showing rating of Moto from Flipkart then be sure to show M55 too from Flipkart.Don't be like comparing Moto rating from Flipkart with M55 rating from Amazon

First M55 is AMAZON Exclusive so I can't show you it's rating from Flipkart .
Second the rating I've shown , the main purpose of it , is the comparison between 2 different phones which launched around the same time and that too in a close price group of 30k+ .
Thirdly it shows how people are preferring to go with MOTO instead of SAMSUNG . Even though people generally prefer Samsung over MOTO .But the poor offering of Samsung this time in the form of M55 shows how ignorant Samsung is when it comes to consumer preferences. And how MOTO understands what the consumer are actually looking in the phones .
I hope this clears your confusion of why I compared two different phones available on two different platforms.
And even today Amazon if first preference for the general consumer.

Moto understand what consumers are actually looking in the phones.Lol selling phone is not all.Giving after sale support too matters.Which Moto fails badly everytime.Moto is not yet able to provide android 13 upgrade to their flagship device while Samsung is rolling out One UI 6.1(based on Android 14) even to their lower end device.Hardware is not all for a device,software too maters.And Moto fails in software department.Attracting users with shining hardware can last till they sale their device.But after that software is required to run those hardware which Moto fails badly everytime

And about being fair .. it's not like M55 can't be compared with M55 As that doesn't makes any sense at all. What matters is even with the given ratings what the users are actually saying about the phones and for samsung M55 its mostly the negative reviews.

M55 cannot be compared with M55?What?Negative feedback?What if all are intentional/paid feedback to bring Samsung in bad image?Did you personally went and check the authenticity of every user who reviews M55 on Amazon?And about Moto's positive review?Did you verify those review's authenticity?

I think you're a Samsung fan who's upset by the truth, because the point you are making are not at relevant to the topic why , because if you see I'm not here criticizing good phones of Samsung I'm critizing a PARTICULAR PHONE i.e SAMSUNG M55 ..will u deny that the processor used in it is a good processor with no heating issues ? Will u say Samsung did the right thing by not providing the gorilla glass protection to the phone or by removing the chargers from the box is actually a environment friendly move and doesn't put any burden on the consumers , you can say apple also doesn't provide provide chargers but apple also doesn't use poor parts in its phones an average apple user doesn't mind spending another 50$ for the charger .same goes for the consumer who buy the flagship Samsung device like s24 ultra . Apple had heating issues they fixed it within a week , have Samsung till now resolved the heating issue with EXYNOS Processor , will u not question the inferior quality of display used in S23FE why if it's a flagship fan edition it uses a 2 years old EXYNOS 2200 , And since it's a flagship why does it also heats like crazy crossing temp over 45°c , why the 8 GEN 1 made by Samsung also heats too much while gaming reaching for temp upto 49°C that too in a tablet . Why can't you just digest the fact that Samsung has messed up with M55 AND EXYNOS , To tell u I'm currently using 4 SAMSUNG Phones F34 ( Heating issues and poor connectivity of 5g) F54 ( same heating issues and poor 5g connectivity also frequent UI lags In ONE UI 6 ) M51 ( No heating until really having gaming no connectivity issue using Snapdragon 730g manufactured by TSMC ) TAB S8 (Heating issues processor used Snapdragon 8GEN 1 Manufactured by SAMSUNG with frequent UI Lags running the latest Android 14 even though this has UFS 3.1 storage apps installation takes 3 times more time compared to my REALME GT MASTER EDITION Using Snapdragon 778G and UFS 2.2 storage again the Realme provides constant 5G Connectivity didn't fall to 4G like Samsung even while downloading 150GB game from epic games . Unlike Samsung who loses 5G connectivity especially while downloading .)
