I would request you for a Factory Reset. It is time consuming, but it's worth the effort

Are you using any applications or OneUI features which might be draining the battery

No games nothing system uses 1.1gb ram and other by oneui and its teammates so total 2 to 2.1gb of ram used. I think android is only reason why battery is draining quickly 😕

I'm a new Samsung user using F62 running UI 3.1 out of the box. Though the phone has 6gb ram, it has a lot of battery drain.

So many users find that there is a drain on samsung UI 3.1 due to lack of optimization.

On the other hand, after an OS update, the phone needs to clear cache and reset. Backup all important data even from SD card before doing it.

My SD card was wiped clean when inserted in the F62. Had to use data recovery software to get it back.

If you notice poor response or lag or memory usage after the reset, many will say to give it time for optimization, deep sleep blah blah blah... this forum and the Samsung Member app> feedback has so many responses like this.

UI3.1 got an issue and users are complaining it here and there isn't someone from Samsung who can take initiative to connect with the user and confirm the poor experience.

And yes, if UI3.1 works for you after the reset - well and good.

I don't know why it happened this to u but my small suggestion about sd card...
If we don't want to loss the data in sd card we have to unmount the sd card before it taking out...

I understand what you mentioned.

I had inserted the SD card (with important data)for the first time but Samsung's device auto formatted it, made its default folders.

I'm not sure if Samsung device will auto reformat the SD card after the device is reset. So for that reason I had mentioned to save contents from the SD card too.

My device had some extra warm temperature in first time use meaning first two days.

After that it never got warm for concern.

Yesterday installed Geekbench and 3dMark apps and still wasn't warm like it was in the first two days. The results were also inconsistent showing difference of 2000 points between best and lowest (depending on the tests). Shows something is up.

The split and pop up windows options are working without issues.
