HELP URGENT PLS

My phone speaker is not working, cant hear, cant record. It is showing earphones symbol while increasing/decreasing volume; but earphone is not attached. 

 

 However, earphones are working, when attached. 

 

 HELP PLEASEEEE

I have tried restarting/switching off, inserting and removing earphones, nothing is working.

Maybe due to the water content in the audio jack.

is it a serious matter? will there be lot of repairing?

Check with a strong light to see if there is fluff and debris. Clean it if found. Try and see if it speaker work. Blow hot hairdryer to drive out moisture if any.

If all fail run a diagnostic through members app.

Send a log report through feed back.

Wait for the result. Then decide to visit a Samsung store for further investigation.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue.
