Hi Samsung, I have brought my Samsung M52 5G on 2nd October, 2021 and it is now out of warranty. On 13th September, 2023 my Samsung M52 5G display is showing vertical green line after the update "One UI version 5.1" the lates security patch update on 13th July, 2023. The problem is still exists after trying out methods like restart, safe mode. Phone doesn't have any physical damage or anything else.
As a Samsung user I urge Samsung to make an official statement about this faulty update and announce free replacement of display for all affected phones of Samsung M52 5G. I hobe that Samsung will provide a solution for this problem and assure me that I have not made a mistake by choosing Samsung as my primary phone.
I am hoping for clear reply on the solution and request a free screen replacement as soon as possible, as it is not my fault to update the Samsung m52 5g.
