Green line issue on samsung m52 5g

I've been using the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G, which I bought 1.5 years ago. Two weeks ago, while using my phone, a green line suddenly appeared on the screen. I went to the nearest service center to address the issue. They told me that no other phones of the same model had experienced the green line problem, and Samsung wouldn't provide free display replacement for the M52. They said they would request Samsung's assistance, took photos of my phone, and advised me to call to inquire about it. When I called, they informed me that there was a minor scratch near the camera and my phone was out of warranty. They suggested I pay 9k to replace the display. It's frustrating to have to pay for an issue caused by them, and I'm quite disappointed with Samsung's response. 🥲

Same issue reported myself and lot of other members using M52. Is there any chance to move against samsung legally? Like mass complaint movement in consumer court or other actions like that.

Samsung is responsible for this, and they must take care of it.

After updation,vibration is not happening,therei is a green line which will appear on my display. Condacted authorised service center .In service center they have checked and verified for physical damages.. there is no damages.... and also contacted customer care. In that time they have agreed for this as an updation issue.... but they rejected the issue because of other series have this type of complaint.... they recommended this complaint for paid service. As a samsung customer this is very disappointing. I feel very unlicky from this product ..my trust about samsung is lost..
Other brands resolve this type of problem with out any cost
