Green line issue in my M52 5g

I bought my M52 on october 2021 in Amazon. 

Till on 22nd September eve the mobile was good and there was no issue. But after an update I've done on 22nd September 8.51pm, I observed a green line on my phone's screen!


I tried everything the customer support said (sade mode, restartbthe phone) still the issue was not resolved. But it got doubled, today there is second line appeared on my screen!

I've been a fan and user of Samsung from Samsung Champ period. I didn't expect this from Samsung!

There is not even a scratch on my phone! It is clearly Samsung's fault!

Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue or how to get the replacement or service for free.

if there is no physical damage then u will get free screen replacement in service centre.

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's, free of cost. Thanks.

I tried my dear Samsung. Your service center guy inspected the phone for any physical damages but there is no damage observed.

And i informed the same to samsung via mail. Awaiting for Samsung confirmation.
