Yesterday, i have updated my Samsung Galaxy M52 5g and during update i got green line on the display. Thank god i have recorded everything from starting till end of update process. You can check as i have attached the clip of what exactly happen in my case. I think they got a new way to scam and earn extra profit from customers. First they release faulty update to damage smartphone display and charge money to replace it. 

Can't believe that a big brand like Samsung can do such cheap act. It is a type of scam that they are doing. Same issue was already happened with S series smartphone and they hepled them to get it fixed by providing cost free replacement as it will affect the brand images drastically. Samsung had provided many people cost free replacement of display who own s series Smartphone with green line issue, but they will not do same with us as we own mid ranger series and they don't care about us. I know they will do nothing till it become a serious case. When i opened Samsung community and search for "samsung m52 green line" the result is mind blowing. You can't believe this hundreds of people reported same issue and still Samsung did nothing. They don't know why we choose Samsung over many brand even with less features, just because we totally trust you. This is the result of trusting Samsung 👏. This is the reality of the Brand Samsung.

I just want to know why ? They have no need to do such tricks. And I am 100% sure, once this display is replaced they will sell it to another customer

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Thanks.

They use this tactics to force the coustomer to replace the screen or get a new phone.

Iam also facing greenline issue on my m52 5g service centre executives told me that 7000 rupees to replace the display
