Green line Issue in my Galaxy m52

Recently in afternoon (4th march 2024)a green line appeared on my centre of the screen can someone tell how to fix this

I watch videos but find no solutions and this has happened to many galaxy devices how do you guys find the solution 

There is no pressure applied on screen due to which this can happen or the phone has fallen 

Hrs before it was working fine suddenly it happened and its look bad 

Is this a software issue because it has not fallen or applied pressure forecly.

This is really bad samsung I feel disappointed 

Please help me to solve the issue.

Edit: Done diagnostic test showed no error..

I have Samsung M51, it's working fine for last 3 yrs. I bought M52 fro my wife, after updating software last month a green line appeared on screen after few days of update. Now the screen hai 3 lines.
I don't know what's happening. I was planning to replace my M51 with some Samsung phone. But I will not do this mistake now.
