Get notification sound without any notification

My m31s  is getting notification sounds from the last 30 or 40 days  while notification sound is off and even not getting any notification.

Once perform reset apps preferences

Settings>apps>click 3 dots at top>select reset apps preferences

Also you can try normal phone reset settings once

Settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

Note: this will change all settings to default
