Exynos 1280 has weak network, wifi signal strength. I am facing way too much problems regarding these two, otherwise i would say its a device that can be used for day to day life. After the latest one ui 6.0 update the device has got some major issues. I'm requesting to Samsung to solve these issues through OTA update.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your network and wi-fi issues.

Kindly check the device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> network mode SIM1 or SIM2> Select network mode(set device network mode as 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.).

Check network operator settings: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks>Network operators> Select automatically> OK> Registered on the network.
Note: We recommend setting device network operators as automatically.

Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.

Kindly reset the network settings. Settings> General Management> Reset> Reset Network Setting.

Reset settings: Settings > General Management > Reset.

Forget the Network: Settings> Connections> Wi-Fi> Wi-Fi network>Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.

Switch off your Router (at the wall or with the power button on the router) and wait for 2-3 minutes before switching it on. While you're waiting, press the Power button on your mobile device and select Restart.

Once the router has been successfully connected to the internet again, try to connect to your network on your mobile device.

Make sure there is no interference between the router and your mobile device. Concrete walls, fridges, and microwaves can all interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.

Kindly check and disable the Airplane/Flight Mode on your device.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Reset your device: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

I am challenging Samsung to do comparison between same segment mobile network performance....

Is Samsung is ready for that....

I am ready to face that...

I am telling that Samsung didn't do proper QA testing on network stuffs
