Galaxy m31 issue after android 11 update

I recently updated my galaxy m31 with android 11 version, since then my phone is having screen freeze and automatically restarting issue frequently. Any one has solution to this?

This is happening to many users of m30s also . There are various ways Samsung says to fix it but nothing works for me .
1) Try clearing cache partition
2) Changes in Device Care 》Automation
3 ) Factory Reset

Only one solution change the motherboard as per samsung care .Same problem I'm facing but I'm waiting for next update

There's many other solutions also According to me :-

1 ) Wait for Official Updates from Samsung

2 ) Install Older versions of OS

3 ) Install Other device OS

even service centre people told me it's motherboard problem and that would cost me 6k to 8k. But since it's android update problem I don't feel it's fair for us to pay for their fault

Yes , unless you should ask them to install Latest Updated version again . And if the issues occurs after Latest version installation try installing older version of OS or you can also Change whole OS and try installing other Samsung devices OS .

Yeah! You just need a PC , Internet & little bit knowledge (how to do it) that you can easily do by Watching Video .
Unfortunately i don't have Pc otherwise I had fixed it 😕

I'm facing frequent Restarting, Screen freezing and phone gets heated very fast ( mostly at time of continuous restarting when phone reboot just after unlocking my device in 2-2 minutes ) .
