About 15 months ago I bought galaxy m21 and after 2 days of android 12 update, it got blacked out entirely. First it started to hang on logo and being rebooted, then shut down. I tried contacting service centres, they informed that the motherboard has been affected. There is no other way than replacing the motherboard. Now tell me how is it bearable to spend ₹6500 again just after buying a ₹14000 ranged samung phone ? If it had happened before 3 or months then I might have got it in warranty. I want to ask samsung if you had such huge bugs in the android 12 update then why did you just destroyed phones like m21 and m31 ? I have always loved samsung and hasbeen a user for long. I am currently using galaxy A12. Hope some admins would help me in this matter. Currently the m21 is shut down and kept aside just like a useless box.
