Galaxy m11 mobile problems

Hello everyone. This is to galaxy m11 users. Have you all not faced these problems?

1.When we make or receive a call the "call screen" does not stay and goes into background.

2. When we increase the screen zoom many of the apps don't display properly including the camera app, google search, paytm. The problem with camera app is unbelieveable. 

This is problem 2

I've done all the trouble shooting steps given by Samsung but no change. 

Have have you people not faced these problems? Because no where these issues are addressed like in youtube or somewhere else...
