Galaxy M10 is a bit old device and might have been outdated too being almost 3 years old. However it seems like Samsung have completed the OneUI 3 update and so if your device wasn't in the list and haven't received it yet... most likely it won't receive that update at all... but your device will continue receiving security updates further in a quarterly or 6month schedule.
just try optimizing your device or if you want the latest and greatest software, you might be better off with a never device.
