Galaxy Store Lagging, Failing update app (shows error code UHE:28ff7ebc4040)

Galaxy Store often shows me these error while updating my galaxy apps. 

I had never encountered this error before updating my galaxy store. But I'm just recently facing it after my Galaxy Store got updated.

Also the galaxy store painfully slow and laggy few seconds before and after error it just feels like screen had frozen.
