Galaxy M51 lagging and heating up

I just bought my galaxy m51 yesterday and it's  been heating up with even with the slightest of use. Also Snapchat video is lagging as if the video were recorded in 5fps. The battery  too doesn't  feel like 7000mAh, but more like 5000mAh.

Is it just me or is anyone else facing the same issue.

What should I do next?

I purchased samsung m51 in march ....that time i played cod and it used to smoothly but this month there is screen blackout problem all of a sudden in the middle of the game and the game also lags very much .......what should i do??and how do i complain about it to samsung costumer support
