Galaxy M51 Charging Problem

My Galaxy M51 charging got stuck at 76 % after restarting two times it got stuck again at 86 % and 91 % respectively. I have tested the charging in switch off mode, safe mode as well. I have done the Clear cache as well in the bootloader option. Even Reset all settings as well. The problem still continues. 

I have two phones of same model Galaxy M51. Suddenly one after another, both of my phones are facing problem. 

My sockets are good and my charger and cables are original and good as well. Both of the phones are only 2 years old. 

Someone help me in this situation. It suddenly happened. I don't know what to do. Like how it happened on both phones suddenly?

When did you update your phone this might be due to security update bug

It's updated 1 Jan 2023. It's already updated and no new updates rn

It might due to overheating issue , if the device gets overheated the software will stop charging in hight watt or it might be a software bug issue , just calibrate your battery by typing this code *#9900# and scroll down and press battery stats reset

It's not really overheating, it's in normal heat as usual phone. I have done that as well the code. Still no fixed. When i plugged my charger again it charges. But again when discharges and charge again , it stuck at some 70% +

Try flashing with Odin tool

Even Factory Reset doesn't help. I just tried today. Same problem battery percentage stuck and sometimes works but too much slow charging

I went to service center, they flash the software again and my charger is good as well. Still I'm facing the problem. After resetting the fuel gauge the problem still continues

Your phone is too much heating in the hot weather when you are going to charge these samsung phones.... It also happens with my samsung phone also .... so keep your phone in too much cool place and then start chatging .... your phone will charge normally ....
