M35 Have a major issue that it takes lot of time to unkock using face even in normal daylight conditions,May be this can be fixed via software update, share and like if you also face same.

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also remove this face and again register of your's face in biometric then try to it's again. Sorry, i did it all but no help, its clear that phone doesnt capture the face id easily du to bad quality of capturing ight , i reset, re registered face however face id recognision is poor.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for resolves this issue. My facelock is also irresponsive , tried deleting and registering many times still it says 'face not recognised '
