The camera is unstable/shaky in ALL third-party apps that access the camera, including WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, and others.but becomes stable and works normally in the default Samsung Camera app. 
It started about a week ago
Troubleshooting Already Done:
Cleared cache and force-stopped camera services
Reset all settings (not factory reset)
Reset app permissions
Tested with different app versions
Issue still persists

This appears Camera affecting third-party apps only. Requesting Samsung to investigate and fix the issues.

Device: Samsung Galaxy M35
Age: ~7 months
Android Version: 16
One UI Version: 8.0

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept it's a as solution it's help to other users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

As per your concern, you have already done the possible troubleshooting steps and the issue remains unresolved, we kindly request you to share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve the issues.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
