After last update of galaxy m31s,
 It destroyed my phone property.
 I am begging you Samsung, I am very poor I can't buy again new phone .
 I saved money everyday and then buy this galaxy m31s, I thought that Samsung is better than, Any other Chinese phone.
 But seriously , it's end now.
 After very last update.
 1) it takes nearly 3 hours or more to charge from just 25-100.
 2) everything system crashes, app crashes
 3) my device never lasts 1 day, seriously? After 3 hours of charging and 6000 mah mega battery it runs only 11 hours, (sot:- 9-10hours), I don't play any games, don't do media consumption too much, just do WhatsApp and I am getting this result.
In this covid situation & also my family situation isn't good.pls do something
 Please 🙏 , I am begging please give us a update and make everything all right.

Don't be upset please, if you update phone correctly. Then do one thing, hard reset the phone carefully and properly with good network speed and min. 70% battery power to need. It's solved .

For me it doesn't take 3 hours it take 1 hour and 15 mins to charge form 20 to 80 percent.....and 9 to 10 hrs of sot is absolutely good ... do you use your smartphone so badly that it gives you only 11hrs of life in 9 to 10 hrs of sot.

Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from individual users to add a premium feature. If already done write to ceo desk. Search google for samsung ceo email.
