According to samsung update policy it won't receive one ui 5 (android 13)
May be a mistake.

According to Samsung's policy mid range devices will get 2 major update and Minor updates(Security patches) for 2-3 years and only 2 updates for last year
And M31 was unboxed with Android 10 so this is the 2nd major update for M31
