Hello, recently i brought this new model of galaxy m series. I brought this specially for the camera. Recently i am facing some image problem with it. I am upload samples for the issue.

Capture with 64mp camera. Below image while i zoom in the image.

This image getting smudged and like watercolor while i zoom in the image. I really cannot understand what is happening after the image is processing. I tried to find some settings but couldn't find any. Trying to use lots of different process but final output is like this.

I brought Samsung because i heard about its camera quality but while i am using it...its output is really bad. Please resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Ohh dude, you bought it for the camera, this is not a great camera device. I own a M30s it has 48 Mp camera and yet the photos go all smudged and pixelated when you zoom into it.

Samsung mid range phones especially the Exynos variant are not that great with image processing.

And trust me, M30s people are crying about the camera problem but still no fix has arrived. So if you can return the device and get some other brand go for it.

And before all the Samsung fanboys come at me, let me be clear, the device is great with the performance, display quality and battery life, but it's not a great camera phone.

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Perform the reset camera settings (Open camera app> Camera settings >reset setting).

3) check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity) or check by changing the aspect ratio.

4) Turn on/off the Auto flash as per requirement.
