My phone kept restarting periodically. I turned off the auto restart and auto optimization but I kept this problem facing .

Please help...

actually I saw this problem on internet this is happening due this
1 faulty network issue
2 software glitch

the solution for this is to wipe out cache
second check your button some times faulty buttons causes this
re insert the sim card and sd card in proper way
factory reset the phone

you can solve this by doing these method

but thourgly check those buttons and sim card try they are major problems

Auto restart is a feature of your phone. Kindly perform the below mentioned step to turn off that feature:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off Auto Restart.

 

If the issue still persists kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application(attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue.):-
Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file.
