Galaxy M13 5g Device. 5g is not working after the latest software update.

I have been using Jio 5g on my Galaxy M13 5g. It was great till yesterday. Now I can't use 5g. My plan is 5g. I've checked with My jio app. And all the network settings are set to get 5g. And the software is up to date. I tried networker operators manually. And it doesn't show Jio 5g to register. Samsung doesn't it's been 4 days I complained to Samsung, but not a positive response from Samsung. It makes me to think twice to buy another Samsung product.

What's the point of doing that. I already did this and Samsung replied that they will contact me soon. It's been more than a week and no response. I never buy any Samsung product. Please take this s**t and give my money back. Or I will file a complaint at Consumer court.
